I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and simply can’t imagine living anywhere else. Western New York (WNY) is a great place to put down roots, raise a family, make a good living and enjoy a wonderful quality of life. There’s always so much going on in and around Buffalo and throughout our four beautiful seasons: festivals; sporting events; great restaurants; cultural attractions; theatre, history – there’s truly something for everyone. But what makes Buffalo really special is its people. We are called the “City of Good Neighbors” for good reason!

My goal as a real estate agent is to transfer my enthusiasm for my hometown to my clients, to show them the “real” Buffalo – not what you see in the media. Buffalo has been insulated from the nationwide “bust” in real estate prices other cities are experiencing. It is a great city in which to invest in real estate, as you can purchase a beautiful (and sometimes historic) home for a very affordable price in a community you will love. I know, because I have been a real estate investor for many years; currently I own and manage eight units, two storefronts and three properties in WNY. As a property owner/manager, I work closely with many of our area’s not-for-profit organizations that provide insight and support for area neighborhoods, so I’m knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods.

Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2008, I have gained firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling of real estate. I obtained my GRI Designation through the National Association of realtors. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with Howard Hanna Real Estate. Howard Hanna Real Estate is the 3rd largest independently owned real estate company in the country.
